What does Silver Tongue Contracting do?
We supply remote staff, including customer support agents, data entry clerks, bookkeepers, team leads and developers. We also build websites, ads, automation and custom software. Some clients use us for one of these, and our longest-running partners use several.
What roles can your remote teams fill?
Common roles include inbound and outbound call center agents, customer support by phone, chat, and email, appointment setters, data entry and back-office clerks, bookkeeping and accounts support, administrative and executive assistants, and supervisors or operations managers who run the team for you.
